ما نجمعه
- بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور مخزّنة بصيغة مشفّرة باتجاه واحد (argon2id) ولا تُحفظ نصًا أبدًا، وعامل التحقق الثنائي.
- بيانات المؤسسة التي يُدخلها المستخدمون: المشاريع، وسجلات عدم المطابقة (NCR)، والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية، والملفات المرفقة.
- سجلات أمنية: عمليات الدخول وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور والإجراءات الإدارية، لأغراض الأمان والتدقيق. قد تحتوي سجلات خادم الويب على عنوان IP لفترة محدودة لأغراض الأمان واستكشاف الأعطال.
كيف نستخدمها
لتقديم الخدمة وتأمينها ودعم العملاء فقط. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
أين تُخزَّن
على خادم مخصّص لدى مزوّد الاستضافة (Hostinger). قاعدة البيانات والملفات على الخادم نفسه، ولا نستخدم تخزينًا سحابيًا لطرف ثالث. بيانات كل مؤسسة معزولة عن غيرها على مستوى قاعدة البيانات (Row-Level Security)، والنسخ الاحتياطية مشفّرة.
المشاركة مع أطراف ثالثة
مزوّد الاستضافة فقط. تكامل Microsoft 365 اختياري ولا يُفعَّل إلا بقرار المؤسسة.
البريد الإلكتروني
لا ترسل المنصة رسائل بريد في الإصدار الحالي. إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور تتم عبر الدعم بعد التحقق من الهوية.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة الاشتراك، و10000 يوم بعد الإنهاء، ثم تُحذف. قد تبقى في النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة حتى انتهاء دورتها.
حقوقك
يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وتصديرها وطلب حذفها، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، عبر أرقام التواصل أعلاه.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي
لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبّع أو الإعلانات. يحفظ المتصفح محليًا فقط المؤسسة والمشروع المختارين للتسهيل، ولا تُحفظ جلسة الدخول في التخزين الدائم للمتصفح.

What we collect
- Account data: e-mail address; the password, stored only as a one-way argon2id hash and never in clear text; the multi-factor (TOTP) factor.
- Organization data entered by users: projects, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions, and attached files.
- Security logs: sign-ins, password resets and administrative actions, for security and audit. Web server logs may contain IP addresses for a limited period, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
Only to provide, secure and support the service. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
On a dedicated server at our hosting provider (Hostinger). The database and files live on the same server; no third-party cloud storage is used. Each organization's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), and backups are encrypted.
Third parties
The hosting provider only. Microsoft 365 integration is optional and enabled only by the organization.
E-mail
The platform sends no e-mail in the current release. Password resets go through support after identity verification.
Retention and deletion
We keep data for the life of the subscription plus 10,000 days after termination, then delete it. It may remain in encrypted backups until they rotate out.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export and request deletion of your data, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, through the contact numbers above.
Cookies and local storage
No tracking or advertising cookies. The browser keeps only the remembered organization and selected project locally, for convenience; the sign-in session is not kept in persistent browser storage.
